The Babyletto Kiwi and DaVinci Piper model families have GREENGUARD Gold records in UL's primary database. DaVinci's current Atlas page also states that model is GREENGUARD Gold certified, but we did not independently match it to an Atlas record in UL SPOT. The certification addresses chemical emissions from the finished chair. It does not tell you whether a seat fits your body, whether the mechanism will stay quiet or whether the upholstery will survive years of use.
The shopping decision is more concrete: power versus manual recline, 270 versus 360-degree swivel, charging needs, chair footprint and the exact fabric variant.

DaVinci Piper: manual and comparatively simple
The current Piper product page identifies the model as a manual recliner and swivel glider and includes Heathered Blue among its finishes. UL SPOT returns multiple exact DaVinci Piper Recliner records under GREENGUARD Gold.
The manual mechanism avoids a cord, motor and charging panel. That may suit a room where outlet placement is awkward. It also means the footrest and back are operated mechanically, so test the closing force and reach if possible before committing.

DaVinci Atlas: manual recline and 360-degree swivel
The Atlas specification describes a manual reclining leg rest, 360-degree swivel-and-glide movement and a high back. The same page states that Atlas is GREENGUARD Gold certified; unlike Kiwi and Piper, we did not independently match Atlas to a UL SPOT record. The exact Amazon variant is Frost Grey.
Those specifications may be helpful for feeding support, but dimensions on paper cannot establish personal comfort. Measure the planned location with the chair upright and leave clearance for its reclined position and full swivel path.

Babyletto Kiwi: powered recline and charging
The Kiwi product page specifies power recline, a 270-degree swivel, back-and-forth gliding while upright, USB A/C charging and a removable lumbar pillow. The Amazon "Beach" variant corresponds to the Performance Beach Eco-Weave finish listed in Babyletto's current Kiwi collection.

What GREENGUARD Gold covers
UL's GREENGUARD Gold program evaluates chemical emissions from a product and applies lower limits intended for sensitive indoor settings. UL SPOT is the certifier's product directory, so the model record matters more than an unsupported marketplace badge.
The mark does not certify structural longevity, tip resistance, fabric cleanability, fire performance beyond applicable rules, or ergonomic fit. It also does not mean the chair emits nothing. Our use of "certified" is limited to this emissions scope.
