Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Solved Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of NonToxicFinder (nontoxicfinder.com), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website. By using NonToxicFinder, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

NonToxicFinder is a consumer website operated by Solved Labs LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Our site helps families discover and purchase products rated or verified by the Environmental Working Group (EWG). We earn affiliate commissions when you purchase products through links on our site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with EWG.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Directly

If our site includes any contact forms, newsletter sign-up fields, or other submission forms, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name and email address. We only use this information to respond to your inquiry or communicate with you as requested.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit NonToxicFinder, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URLs (the page you came from before visiting our site)
  • Pages viewed
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Approximate country (derived from your IP address, which is not stored or logged)

Our analytics service (described in Section 5 below) is cookieless and does not use tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting, or persistent identifiers. Affiliate link tracking uses cookies set by third-party affiliate networks (described in Section 4 below).

c. Information from Affiliate Links

When you click an affiliate link on NonToxicFinder and complete a purchase on a third-party retailer’s website (such as Amazon), that retailer may share limited transaction information with us — typically confirmation that a qualifying purchase occurred and the commission amount earned. We do not receive your payment details, full name, or shipping address from these transactions. The retailer’s own privacy policy governs all data collected on their platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the site — understanding which content is useful, fixing broken pages, and optimizing performance.
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior — using aggregated analytics to understand what our visitors are looking for and how they navigate the site.
  • Communicate with you — responding to form submissions or inquiries you initiate.
  • Track affiliate commissions — confirming that affiliate link clicks result in qualifying purchases so we receive the commissions we have earned.
  • Comply with legal obligations — retaining records as required by law and responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising beyond what is described in this policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

NonToxicFinder uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser that allows a website to recognize your browser on return visits.

Types of Cookies We Use

TypePurpose
Strictly NecessaryRequired for the site to function (e.g., session management).
Analytics/PerformanceWe use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless — no analytics cookies are set on your device. Aggregate pageview data is collected without any cookies or personal identifiers.
Affiliate TrackingEnables affiliate networks to attribute purchases to our referral links. These cookies are set by third-party affiliate networks (e.g., Amazon Associates).

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • Delete cookies already stored on your device.
  • Block cookies from being set.
  • Enable “Do Not Track” signals (note: not all sites honor these signals).

Blocking cookies may impair certain site functionality, such as affiliate link attribution. Our analytics provider (Plausible) does not set any cookies, so blocking cookies has no effect on our ability to count page views.

5. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We use the following third-party services that may collect data about your visit:

Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first web analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (an EU-based company). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not fingerprint your browser or device. It measures aggregate pageview counts, traffic sources, and device types without tracking individual users across sessions. Your IP address is used only to derive your approximate country and is never stored or logged. All data is processed on EU-based servers. Plausible is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy regulations — no consent banner is required because no personal data is collected. For more information, see Plausible’s Privacy Policy.

Affiliate Networks

When you click affiliate links on NonToxicFinder, you are directed to third-party retailer websites. These retailers and the affiliate networks that manage our commission programs (such as Amazon Associates and others disclosed on our Affiliate Disclosure page) use their own tracking technologies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit through links on NonToxicFinder.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with vendors who help us operate the site (e.g., web hosting, analytics). These parties are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Affiliate Networks: Affiliate networks receive click and conversion data as necessary to calculate and pay commissions.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solved Labs LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: If Solved Labs LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on this site if such a transfer occurs.

7. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected analytics data for as long as our analytics provider retains it. Plausible Analytics retains aggregate (non-personal) traffic data for the life of our subscription; because no personal data is collected, there is no personal data retention period to disclose for analytics. Data from form submissions is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was submitted or as required by law. Affiliate commission data is retained for as long as required by the relevant affiliate program’s terms and applicable tax law.

You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted directly to us by contacting us at totalintegratedmobile@gmail.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

NonToxicFinder is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at totalintegratedmobile@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain legal exceptions).
  • Opt out of certain data collection and uses.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at totalintegratedmobile@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

European residents: If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us at totalintegratedmobile@gmail.com to make a GDPR request.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our site contains links to third-party websites, including product retailer pages and the Environmental Working Group website (ewg.org). These links are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site. Please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of NonToxicFinder after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
